How much does shipping cost?
Our published shipping policy offers free shipping on orders of $25 USD or more. Orders below $25 USD have a $4.99 USD shipping fee.
When will my order arrive?
Our shipping policy estimates 1–2 business days for processing and 3–7 business days in transit, for a total of 4–9 business days. Delays can occur during holidays or customs clearance.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Our policy covers damaged, defective or incorrect items; it does not cover change-of-mind returns or an incorrect size/model selected by the buyer. Approval and return instructions are required before you send anything back.
