SHIPPING POLICY


Welcome to DriveCore (drivercore.shop). We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day. You will receive a notification email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We proudly ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Vietnam. The delivery timeframe and costs are calculated as follows:
  • Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days (Total delivery time including handling is 4 to 9 business days).
  • Shipping Fees:
    • FREE SHIPPING for all orders with a total value of $25.00 USD and above.
    • For orders under $25.00 USD, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 USD will be applied at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to custom clearance delays beyond our control.
3. Shipment Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • You can monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the tracking link provided in the email.
4. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at our support email.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
